Return Policy

Displaycasesrus.com will fully refund most items within 30 days of your item's shipping date.  Please adhere to the following return policy. 

  • Returns/Exchanges:  Refunds will be subject to no restocking fee.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded total amount.
  • Damaged Items:  We will send your replacement item free of charge.

Returning Items

Follow the simple directions below to make your return or exchange.

  • Please email us to get a return authorization number.  Return authorizations MUST be requested within 30 days after the purchase date.  Returns or exchanges over 30 days or without authorization will be refused.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and/or accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
  • Go to UPS or the USPS and ship the item back to us.  You must pay the shipping fee for returning since these fees are charged by UPS or the USPS, not us.  We recommend items be returned via UPS or US Post Office (insured).  We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
  • For Damaged Items , you will need to email us and describe the damage in detail.  Please contact UPS and report that the case arrived damaged. They will then contact us to file the damage claim.  Contact us after you have contacted UPS.  UPS will let you know whether they are going to set an appointment to pick up the damaged item.  If they don't, let us know we will handle the situation from this point.

We do our best to process the return quickly.  Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived to our warehouse.  Upon the receipt of the returned item, we shall refund the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges, unless damaged.
